| Just bought one of these from you. It did not work correctly when i plugged it in my tv. The screen kept like flashing back and forth. Then i clicked on the remote video output AV button and IT WORKED PERFECTLY FINE!!! Just wanted to let you know in case other buyers have that issue. :) |

| When I initially set it up , the screen was rolling, after fiddling with the remote and rechecking the lines , I decided to use a storage media. Presto , it loaded the files into the categories a pc generally uses. My storage device used was a WD external flash drive. Good product thus far. |

| i had same problem before, black and white is not problem of device, i called amiline many times, find out two issues will cause it black and white. 1. Pal/NTSC, you need set tv to ntsc. 2. plug exactly to rgb ,dont mistakenly connect to wrong tv input, now, my tv have so many inputs, expecially components input, will just display black and white. now mine works so nicely. |

| I just got the NBOX today, tried to play a whole bunch of rmvb files, but notice it actually don't recognize many of the rmvb files, and I have no clue why it does that. Is there different types of rmvb file format? it's kind of frustrating that it doesn't play many of the files when they are all rmvb files. Can anyone help me on this? Also, some of the files that will play on a digital LCD TV will not play on an old analog TV, even though they are all rmvb files. |

| The component output does not work with my Panasonic Tao tv. Some of the video files cannot be read and caused the NBOX to freeze.Have to restart.Don't know which files cause the problem. Any Help? LED always on. Can't tell the gagdet is on or off. |

| I just hooked up this product last night and noticed that the interface was different/updated compared to the NBOX I bought a few months ago. When the display comes up the media isn't displayed in alphabetical order which makes it impossible to view files in any kind of order. It also makes it difficult to search for files. The older NBOX displayed in alphabetical order. I looked for a support number but there isn't one. Any suggestions? |

| On standard tv my screen is split into three..with the same thing on each section. On HDTV it is pink. I have read the short manual and there is no support number ot email address. i found the website and it has not been built yet. |
